- Led design for the Tutoring squad, which is the cornerstone of our tutoring offerings, encompassing Live Help and Review Center.
- Led design for the Education Insights Squad, focusing on providing data and actionable insights for teachers.
- Facilitated research and collaborated with cross-functional teams to shepherd innovative concepts from initial ideation through to successful market launch.
Notable projects include:
- Designed the new recorded whiteboard feature in Live Help which garnered an outstanding 77.2% positive response from students who provided feedback post-session. This indicated a significant learning impact, and surpassed the 58% average.
- Minimized session handoffs within Live Help tutoring by 34%, thereby optimizing the learning process.
- Innovated the tutor toolkit by harnessing the potential of AI through 'PaperAI', a resource that empowers tutors with suggested message prompts and solutions to intricate student challenges

- Led a cross functional team (Engineering, Product, Design) through the discovery and design process, which included facilitating ideation workshops, presenting to internal/external stakeholders for alignment, aligning to product strategy and more.
- Spearheaded UX research initiatives to support product strategy, direction, and ideation.
- Expanded our platform capabilities at League by introducing a health dashboard to support wearables data, medical devices and self-reported data. This feature empowered our users to reach their health goals by providing actionable next steps and health literacy.

- Launched the Virtual Classroom mobile experience, which provided professors and their students with the tools required for them to be successful in asynchronous online education during a pandemic.
- Led design for several teams across the Product Organization: including the Mobile Team (iOS & Android), Billing Team & Teach Team.
- Managed the mobile accessibility initiative at Top Hat which resulted in AA compliance for both our iOS and Android mobile apps.
- Optimized the student onboarding experience at Top Hat, which led to a ~92% reduction in support cases related to free trials.
